TENNIS COURTS AND LESSONS
All courts are OPEN for 2009 Season
9 AM to 8 PM (by court reservation only, sign in at the tennis shed)
Red Clay courts are closed daily from Noon to 1 PM for watering.
Green Clay courts are closed daily from 1 to 2 PM for watering.

Ridge Top offers one of the best and most diverse tennis experiences in the region.
Our three beautifully maintained red clay courts, the most of any area facility, are one of the club's most unique features. Players can also choose from three hard surface and three hard-tru courts.

Mike and his assistant, Evan Marlow, run Ridge Top's various tennis clinics and junior teams.
Mike and Evan offer private or group lessons at reasonable rates. Mike also restrings and repairs tennis rackets.
JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Junior Development Program tennis clinics will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays, allowing junior team players five days a week of tennis without overloading the newer or younger player. Sign up with Mike or Evan at the tennis area.
Tiny Tots: 4 - 4:30 PM
For players ages 3-6, emphasis is on FUN!! ($7.50/clinic)
Tennis Team Ready: 4:30 - 5:30 PM
For players ages 10-15 (for exceptions, see Mike) who want to improve on their basic strokes and advance to tournament play. ($15/clinic)
Up and Comers: 5:30 - 6:30 PM
For players ages 6-10 (for exceptions, see Mike) who need to develop the basic skills of tennis as well as learn about the rules and the importance of sportsmanship. ($15/clinic)
ADVANCED TOURNAMENT TRAINING
The need to train tournament level juniors is becoming apparent as our top juniors grow and develop. We are trying to create a program for this advanced tennis athlete. The practices will be developed to introduce our players to high level practice and play. Please let Mike or Evan know of your interest. Entrance into this group is limited and players must be pre-approved by Mike. Begins Tuesday, June 23, from 12:30-2. ($15.00/clinic)
JUNIOR TENNIS TEAM
The Junior Tennis Team is open to all Ridge Top juniors who can serve from the baseline. All players should be prepared to play against other clubs. Practices will begin Wednesday, June 17, at 4 PM and will continue on Mondays (3 PM - 4 PM) and Wednesdays (4 PM - 5 PM). There is a $25 fee to join the tennis team, payable to the Ridge Top Club.
Junior Tennis Team matches are played on Thursdays. Parents must make arrangements for juniors to be at the playing site and for their return July 28 and July 30. We will try to carpool to the weekly play.
